About these terms

FundedCamp (fundedcamp.com) and FundedOS (app.fundedcamp.com) are run by Rendy Renaldy in Indonesia. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Research and education, not advice

Everything on FundedCamp — firm rankings, plan data, discounts, guides and market data — is general information for education. It is not financial, investment or trading advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy a challenge or to open any position.

Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money, and most traders do not pass prop firm evaluations. Decisions are yours; consider independent advice before you commit money.

Accuracy

Firm information is collected from public sources and checked periodically, but prices, rules, discounts and country restrictions change and may be out of date. Discounts shown are indicative: the price that counts is the one at the firm's own checkout. Always confirm the current terms with the firm before you pay.

Partner links

Some links to prop firms are partner links, and we may receive compensation when you sign up through them. This does not affect how firms are ranked or described.

Third-party services

Prop firms' services are governed by their own terms. FundedCamp is not a party to your agreement with any firm and is not responsible for a firm's decisions, payouts or conduct.

FundedOS beta

FundedOS is a free beta, provided as it is. Features may change, and outages or data loss can happen — export a backup regularly from Data & Backup. You are responsible for what you enter.

When using FundedOS, do not:

• try to access other users' data or accounts;
• disrupt, overload or probe the service;
• scrape it or access it with automated tools;
• store unlawful content in it.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design and compiled data belong to FundedCamp. Firm names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the firms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, FundedCamp is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or FundedOS, from trading decisions, or from services provided by third parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions go to contact@fundedcamp.com.

FundedCamp (fundedcamp.com) dan FundedOS (app.fundedcamp.com) dijalankan oleh Rendy Renaldy di Indonesia. Dengan memakai salah satunya, kamu menyetujui ketentuan ini. Jika tidak setuju, mohon tidak memakainya.

Riset dan edukasi, bukan saran

Semua yang ada di FundedCamp — peringkat firm, data paket, diskon, panduan, dan data pasar — adalah informasi umum untuk edukasi. Ini bukan saran keuangan, investasi, atau trading, dan bukan rekomendasi untuk membeli challenge atau membuka posisi apa pun.

Trading produk berleverage memiliki risiko tinggi kehilangan uang, dan sebagian besar trader tidak lolos evaluasi prop firm. Keputusan ada di tanganmu; pertimbangkan saran independen sebelum mengeluarkan uang.

Keakuratan

Informasi firm dikumpulkan dari sumber publik dan diperiksa berkala, tetapi harga, aturan, diskon, dan pembatasan negara bisa berubah dan tertinggal. Tautan mitra

Beberapa tautan ke prop firm adalah tautan mitra, dan kami bisa menerima kompensasi saat kamu mendaftar melaluinya. Hal ini tidak memengaruhi peringkat maupun cara firm dijelaskan.

Layanan pihak ketiga

Layanan prop firm diatur oleh ketentuan mereka sendiri. FundedCamp bukan pihak dalam perjanjianmu dengan firm mana pun dan tidak bertanggung jawab atas keputusan, payout, atau perilaku firm.

FundedOS beta

FundedOS adalah versi beta gratis yang disediakan apa adanya. Fitur bisa berubah, dan gangguan atau kehilangan data bisa terjadi — ekspor cadangan secara rutin lewat Data & Backup. Kamu bertanggung jawab atas data yang kamu masukkan.

Saat memakai FundedOS, jangan:

• mencoba mengakses data atau akun pengguna lain;
• mengganggu, membebani, atau menguji celah layanan;
• mengambil data secara massal atau mengaksesnya dengan alat otomatis;
• menyimpan konten yang melanggar hukum.

Kami bisa menangguhkan akun yang melanggar ketentuan ini.

Hak kekayaan intelektual

Teks, desain, dan data yang disusun di situs ini milik FundedCamp. Nama dan logo firm milik pemiliknya masing-masing dan hanya ditampilkan untuk mengidentifikasi firm tersebut.

Batasan tanggung jawab

Sejauh diizinkan hukum, FundedCamp tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian yang timbul dari pemakaian situs atau FundedOS, dari keputusan trading, atau dari layanan pihak ketiga.

Hukum yang berlaku

Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia.
